Role: Sr. Designer
A new way of engaging with our small business customer, as part of Verizon’s award-winning Touch-less Retail Experience, allows for a self-guided experience where they learn more about the suite of products from mobile and business phone plans, to cloud and security products. Using Figma, I worked with a core team to design a digital tablet experience within the retail ecosystem. In addition to product design, I lead the editing, curation, and art direction for the video content to provide, relevant and engaging visuals for each category. Working closely with our in-house motion and brand imagery teams, I gave direction on selection, color tone, frame rate, and clip length across the entire experience.
